We started in low voltage because we saw an opportunity. Too many jobs are done halfway and don't follow code. Too many wires just tossed in ceilings like spaghetti. Too many racks installed like an afterthought. We've seen entire network setups shoved into a closet. No rack, no labeling, no airflow. We knew we could offer a service that was better.

Those kinds of things make everyone’s life harder—yours, the IT team, the tenants, and yeah, ours too. So, we decided to build a company that does things right from the start. No shortcuts. No disappearing acts. Just clean, reliable low voltage cabling that works when you plug it in—and keeps working long after we’re gone.

We handle low voltage cabling and everything that plugs into it. Our work shows up in offices, medical buildings, warehouses, schools, and new construction all over Pinellas Park, Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa.

But what we really do? We make sure your tech doesn't become your headache. Builders get jobs closed faster with no callbacks. IT managers don’t get angry calls from employees. Business owners get better uptime and fewer surprises.

This is the backbone of everything we do—literally. We install Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optics (single and multi-mode), coax, speaker wire, and more. Whether you’re building a new space or upgrading an old one, we make sure your cabling is labeled, tested, and ready to support everything from PoE cameras to 10-gig backbones.

We don’t just pull cable—we think about airflow, bend radius, patch panel spacing, future expansion, and rack layout. We’ve worked on jobs where the cabling was perfect but there was no room to grow. And other places where the wrong cable was used and just didn't last.

Stuff like that doesn’t happen on our installs.

We install complete fire alarm systems on both new construction and retrofit projects. That includes the control panels, NACs, power supplies, initiating devices, and yes—the wiring too. We coordinate with your GC and your fire alarm monitoring provider to make sure everything is up to code and ready to pass inspection.

We recently had a GC compliment our wiring installation.  It was neat and orderly.  That's because we are a wiring company, not just a fire alarm provider.

Security Camera Systems

Whether it's for a medical building, warehouse, school, or small office—cameras are a must now. We install commercial-grade surveillance systems with smart NVRs, remote viewing, and proper cable routing. No mess. No tangle of wires in a supply closet. We mount it right, power it safely, and make sure it records when it should.

Lots of small businesses use prebuilt kits from the big box stores.  These just don't offer the qualilty, features, and durability that most small will realize they want after being disappointed by the cheap brands.

Access Control

We install access control systems that actually make sense for the building and the people using it. That includes badge readers, keypads, mag locks, and electric strikes. Whether it’s one door or twenty, we plan the cabling and equipment locations in a way that doesn’t cause headaches later. All clean, all secure, all documented.

We provide modern access control tech that is affordable and simple to manage.

Need bandwidth? We can get quotes from all the major carriers in the area and simplify the whole internet ordering process. We know the reps, we know the forms, and we know how to prep your site for handoff.

We also help clients troubleshoot internet problems when the ISP says "it’s not on our end." (It’s usually a bad cable, loose jack, or dirty fiber.) For multi-tenant buildings, we’ll work with your ISP to install shared fiber, clean up demarc panels, and get you ready for tenants that need fast, stable internet.

We don’t spread ourselves thin. Most of our jobs are within an hour of Pinellas Park. We've worked with the inspectors, the subs, the building codes, and the local suppliers.
