Phone Systems Built for Tampa Bay Businesses
Should your small business consider hosted VoIP phone service?
Missing Calls Is The Same As Loosing Money.
If you are using landlines and have no way to take calls remotely, a simple outage means the phones just... stop working.
You might not even notice you are missing calls until a long-time customer, who has your cell phone number, texts you to say that your phones aren’t working.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. We install small business phones that actually work — clear calls, no dropped connections, and features that make your day easier. No missed calls, no hard to get a hold of customer support, just real help from a local VoIP installer serving the greater Tampa Bay area.
What Is Small Business VoIP?
VoIP means your phones run over the internet instead of a phone line. That’s it. You still get:
But you also get flexibility. You can use wired phones, WiFi VoIP phones, or a mix of both. Work from your office, truck, or home. Make business calls from your cell phone with our app. And yes — you can keep your current number.
Old Phone Systems Cost More Than You Think
If you’re still using the same setup that was installed 25 years ago, chances are it’s holding you back.
We’ve helped businesses across Tampa Bay upgrade their service from 1 or 2 old static-filled lines to business VoIP phones that provide real value. Voicemails can be emailed, users can log in to answer calls from home, recordings and announcements can be made and uploaded from anywhere.
The phones don’t just get better — the business runs smoother. Check out some of our other resources if you want to know how much VoIP phones cost.
Don’t Want to Rewire? No Problem.
You don’t have to tear up your office or run a mile of Cat6 just to upgrade.
We install WiFi VoIP phones and VoIP cordless phones. Just power them on, log them in, and you’re up and running. No drywall dust. No downtime.
And if you do want new cabling later on for speed or scale — we handle that, too. We’re a licensed telecommunications contractor serving Tampa Bay, so we know how to do it clean and code-compliant.
What If the Power or Internet Goes Out?
It’s Florida — storms happen.
The right small business phones keeps working, even when your building doesn’t. Our service can have automatic resilience by sending calls to your cell phone, desktop, another location, or to an off-site phone.
An auto shop in St. Petersburg had us route calls to a different store after last year's hurricanes — their first shop lost power, but they didn’t miss calls.
Stop Overpaying for Features You Don’t Use
We see it all the time: small businesses stuck with overpriced phone contracts filled with junk features they don’t need.
With our business VoIP service, you only pay for what you use. Whether you need two phones or 20, we tailor it to your size and budget. Want a desk phone for your receptionist and mobile apps for your team? Done.
It’s simple, affordable, and way more flexible than the old stuff.
Local Support. No Runaround.
Big cable companies will sell you small business phones — then disappear when you need help. We talk to companies that are locked into long-term contracts unable to get help and unable to change service.
We’re not a call center. We’re a Tampa Bay-based team. When you need support, we answer. When your phones need service, we show up. You’re not stuck on hold with someone who barely knows what city you’re in.
Here’s How We Work

We primarily sell Business VoIP service from Intermedia. Their system can handle up to 1000 users on each account. However, for very large installs, there are other products we would recommend. The sweet spot we have found with the Intermedia system is 1-50 users.
Absolutely. We port your existing number to the new business VoIP system. Your customers won't even realize your phone service changed. This is a standard part of every install we do in the Tampa Bay area.
This is probably the most common concern we hear. And, with the internet issues that many small businesses face, it's an important question. The truth is that most old-school phone lines are delivered via internet modems anyway. So, chances are, if you lose internet now, you lose your lines as well. However, the real answer is that during the initial setup, we work with you to make sure that calls can ring out to any cell phones you designate. Also, calls can quickly be forwarded to another location or an off-site employee.
There are multiple packages we sell at vastly differing prices. However, our most common users are between $17 and $27 per month. That does include the cost of the line.
Typically, new phones are part of the deal. Many of our user packages come with free basic devices including YeaLink VoIP phones and wifi VoIP phones. Frequently, our new installs will have only $100-$200 of equipment, and that is usually to upgrade the receptionist's and boss's phone to a more premium device.
