Clear Calls. Local Support. Phones That Just Work.
If your phones aren’t reliable, your business is bleeding money. You already know that. Dropped calls, no answer, broken voicemail — it all adds up. We install small business VoIP systems across St. Pete that fix those issues once and for all.
We’re not a reseller. We’re not a call center. We’re a boots-on-the-ground team serving St. Pete and the surrounding areas. And we build phone systems that actually make your day easier — not more complicated.
Here’s the reality:
Most small businesses don’t know they’re missing calls until someone finally says something — usually a loyal customer who had to text your cell after three failed call attempts.
That shouldn’t be happening.
We help businesses in St. Pete replace aging, clunky phone systems with flexible VoIP setups that work from anywhere — office, truck, or couch. You’ll know when someone calls. You’ll have voicemail in your email. And your team won’t have to guess which line is ringing or who’s on hold.
This is business VoIP that’s built for how you actually work — not how the phone companies think you should.
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) means your phones work over the internet. That’s it. But the benefits go far beyond just swapping out your old lines.
With our systems, you get:
You can keep your current number, set custom rules for call flow, and control it all from a simple dashboard. It’s flexible, clean, and built for teams that need to stay connected without staying chained to a desk.
We’ve installed VoIP systems for:
Each of them had a version of the same issue: phones that couldn’t keep up.
Sometimes it was missed calls. Other times it was a billing nightmare, no local support, or just too much downtime. We solved it — with the right-sized system, reliable gear, and a team that actually answers when you call.
Worried about tearing up your walls or running cable across drop ceilings? Don’t be. If your Wi-Fi is strong, we can get you up and running with wireless VoIP phones in a single visit. Plug them in, log in, and you're ready to roll.
If you do want a more permanent setup down the line — we’ve got that covered too. We're licensed for low voltage and cabling work across St. Petersburg. So if you ever need new Cat6 drops, a clean rack build, or future expansion, you won’t have to call someone else.
We live and work in Florida. We know what happens during a storm.
Good VoIP doesn’t just quit when the lights go out. We build in fallback routing to keep you reachable:
After Hurricane Idalia, we had clients in south St. Pete whose buildings lost power for two days — but they never missed a call. That’s the difference between consumer-grade and business-grade VoIP.
We see it all the time. Business owners locked into bloated phone contracts with features no one uses and support that disappears the second you sign.
Our approach is simple:
Whether you need two phones or twenty, we’ll size the system to fit your needs — not upsell you on junk.
We’ve done this for:
We know the buildings. We know the business climate. And we know what works around here.
If your phones are frustrating your team, confusing your customers, or just plain broken — it’s time.
We install business VoIP systems in St. Pete that are easy to use, affordable to maintain, and built to make your life easier. You won’t get stuck in a contract. You won’t overpay. And you’ll have a team in your corner that actually gives a damn.

We primarily sell Business VoIP service from Intermedia. Their system can handle up to 1000 users on each account. However, for very large installs, there are other products we would recommend. The sweet spot we have found with the Intermedia system is 1-50 users.
Absolutely. We port your existing number to the new business VoIP system. Your customers won't even realize your phone service changed. This is a standard part of every install we do in the Tampa Bay area.
This is probably the most common concern we hear. And, with the internet issues that many small businesses face, it's an important question. The truth is that most old-school phone lines are delivered via internet modems anyway. So, chances are, if you lose internet now, you lose your lines as well. However, the real answer is that during the initial setup, we work with you to make sure that calls can ring out to any cell phones you designate. Also, calls can quickly be forwarded to another location or an off-site employee.
There are multiple packages we sell at vastly differing prices. However, our most common users are between $17 and $27 per month. That does include the cost of the line.
Typically, new phones are part of the deal. Many of our user packages come with free basic devices. Frequently, our new installs will have only $100-$200 of equipment, and that is usually to upgrade the receptionist's and boss's phone to a more premium device.
